Contact us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Used items are eligible, and U.S. returns are free with a prepaid label.

How to start a return

1. Email support@getsteadi.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number.
2. We provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Original packaging is not required.
3. The refund is issued to your original payment method once the return is scanned into the carrier’s system. Allow 5–10 business days after processing for it to appear, depending on your bank.
